The OPERATORS — the Claude internal team that BUILDS + runs the OS (faces Souky + vault + Linear, NEVER customers). Distinct from the customer-facing ASSETS (Ana/Maya/Pax/Dax + voice, see /agents). D104: operators ≠ assets. These names NEVER appear in customer copy.
